Terms and Conditions

Agreement Between User and www.sawyercollective.com

Welcome to www.sawyercollective.com (the “Site”). The Site is comprised of various web pages operated by Sawyer Collective, LLC, doing business as Sawyer Hospitality, Resonance Workspace, and Cassie Leah Photography (“Sawyer Collective”).

www.sawyercollective.com is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Purpose of the Site

The Sawyer Collective website is intended to share information about consulting services, coaching offerings, creative and photographic work, community experiences, and related resources, and to provide a means for users to contact Sawyer Collective regarding potential services, collaborations, or inquiries.

Privacy

Your use of www.sawyercollective.com is subject to Sawyer Collective’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications

Visiting www.sawyercollective.com or sending emails to Sawyer Collective constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically, via email or on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

Children Under Thirteen

Sawyer Collective does not knowingly collect personal information, either online or offline, from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Consulting (Sawyer Collective)

Because consulting services involve advance preparation, scheduling, and reserved capacity, all consulting fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

For single-session or short-term consulting engagements:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

For ongoing or multi-session consulting engagements:

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

  • Refunds are not provided for unused time, missed sessions, or early termination of an engagement.

Sawyer Collective reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or an alternative arrangement.

Resonance Workspace

Due to the limited capacity and intentional design of each Resonance Workspace co-working pop-up, all bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session start time.

If you need to cancel:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus a 3% processing fee to cover credit card charges.

  • Alternatively, guests may request to transfer their spot to a future session (subject to availability) or gift their spot to a friend.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

 

Cassie Leah Photography

Photography sessions require advance planning and preparation, and availability is limited.

If the Client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the overall session fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

General Notes

All cancellation and refund policies are specific to the offering booked and are outlined above.

 

Links to Third-Party Sites / Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). Sawyer Collective is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. These links are provided as a convenience and do not imply endorsement or association.

Certain services made available via the Site may be delivered by third-party providers. By using any functionality originating from the Site, you acknowledge and consent that Sawyer Collective may share information with third parties as necessary to provide requested services.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sawyer Collective or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, create derivative works, or exploit any Site content without express written permission.

International Users

The Site is controlled and operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sawyer Collective and its affiliates from any losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

 

Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms.

 

Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted.

 

Liability Disclaimer

All information and services on the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sawyer Collective disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall Sawyer Collective be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

 

Termination / Access Restriction

Sawyer Collective reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sawyer Collective regarding the Site and supersede all prior communications.

 

Changes to Terms

Sawyer Collective reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
